Technical pages may describe a reference architecture rather than a production specification. Features, platforms, delivery dates, node availability, performance, support, and commercial terms are confirmed only in applicable release documentation or a written project agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you use the website for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for it. The service is not offered where its use would be unlawful.

Before work starts, the parties should confirm scope, deliverables, platforms, dependencies, timetable, fees, payment terms, revision limits, support, ownership, cancellation, and refund terms in writing. 6. Downloads and releases
Only a link marked as available on the official download page should be treated as a Veilora download. “Coming soon” items are not active downloads. Release-specific licences, system requirements, app-store terms, and privacy notices may apply when software becomes available.

The Privacy Policy explains information handled through the website and enquiry channels. VPN operational data, retention, and app permissions require release-specific disclosures. The audit summary is contextual evidence and is not a substitute for either policy.

Links to app stores, X, evidence sources, or other third-party services are provided for context or convenience. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security. Veilora does not control them and does not adopt every statement on a linked page.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, correct, limit, suspend, or discontinue website content or pre-release features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular connection result, compatibility with an unconfirmed device, or permanent availability of any node or third-party service.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and pre-release information are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make warranties that are not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability

Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected. Project-specific risk allocation must be set out in the applicable written agreement.
13. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the website at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the service and others. Provisions that by their nature should continue survive.
14. Applicable law and disputes
A governing law and forum have not been published because the operator’s formal contracting entity has not yet been identified on this website.
